Eating is a must to keep us survive but Benefits of Healthy Eating must be consider to long life. Everyday we take some foods and we have millions food choices in our whole life and they give some effect to our body condition especially health. You are what you eat, this phrase is absolutely true.
Whatever you eat, it will affect body and maybe your appearance. It is important to have healthy eating pattern and choice. Healthy eating choice including good food will not only make you and your family satisfied but also can make you and your family healthy all the way.
Nowadays people tend to have unhealthy eating pattern due to lifestyle. Good food will always taste good. The problem is just so many advertising of food product that are easily and got short time to prepared.

Convenience food is easier to consume but it give less benefits to body and even it can be harmful.
