How To Do:
- Lie down on your back
- Place hands by your side

- Relax
- Do not do this if you have undergone any spinal or back surgery.
* Triangle Pose

- Do not perform this if you have a back injury or neck disorder
* Downward Facing Dog Pose
The Downward Facing Dog Pose is popularly called as Adho Mukha Svanasana. This pose is named after lying inverted, facing the floor similar to the dog pose. - Sit erect on the floor with legs and hands fully stretched
- Fold the left knee and bring it to the right hip
- Now keep the right knee on left knee

- Lift left arm and reach for the fingers of the left hand behind the back area
- Bend the other arm and reach for the fingers of the right hand at the back area
- Release this pose after a bit
- Do not do this if you have injured your hands or legs.
