It contains vitamins and many minerals, which can benefit our body. Green vegetables are also low in calories. Walnuts
We eat many different types of dry fruits. These almonds, cashews provide strength to our body and our brain also intensifies due to their consumption. But if you need help in reducing your sugar level, then you should consume walnuts. It contains Vitamin-E, which protects you from type-2 diabetes. Also it is considered very effective in heart diseases. Consuming walnuts also does not increase your cholesterol level.
Garlic
You can control sugar level by including garlic in your diet. It greatly benefits our health. Also, it can help you in lowering cholesterol. Apart from this, you can get rid of this problem by consuming tomatoes. All you have to do is drink pepper and salt in tomato juice on an empty stomach in the morning. This can go a long way in controlling sugar levels.
Exercise regularly
Regular exercise can help you get to and maintain a moderate weight and increase insulin sensitivity. Increased insulin sensitivity means your cells are better able to use the available sugar in your bloodstream.Exercise also helps your muscles use blood sugar for energy and muscle contraction.
