This is Navaratri's month. The devotees become completely vegetarian in these 9 days. In such a situation, special attention is taken about food and drink. In the market these days many vegan food and drinks are full of food. Sabatuna is also eaten by devotees in Navaratri but very few people will know how sago can finally become. You may be surprised by knowing the process of making sago.
Made from a tree named Sabudana Saga. The roots of Saga are very thick and contain pulp and this is done to make the pulp sago. It may happen that you have not heard of Aaj Tak on Saga tree. The reason for this may be that Saga rises in the states of South India. The people of Kerala say Saga to Kappa. Even the information is quite basic, but the process of making it forward is shocking.
When the roots of Saga are taken into factories, its peels are first removed. After this the roots are cut into small pieces. These pieces are put in water and left in open tank for several days. Keeping the root of Saga in the open without any protection often worms in them, causing them to rot. After watching the video of the process of making sago, you will think about hundred times before eating it.
Saga's ribs are rooted behind the glowing bullets of sago. Even after the process is complete, it is removed from the tanks and it is polished with machines. After being polished, these pieces of Saga roots take the form of real sago. Now these snacks are packed in bags or other packets and are supplied to the whole country. One more thing you should know that sago is definitely made in the states of southern India but the most eaten is in North India states.
