Effective Home Remedies To Help You Treat Heel Pain

With increasing age our body has to deal with many health related problems. One of these is heel pain. The reason for the pain in the ankles is due to wearing heels, weight gain, prolonged standing, new exercise or physical activity or calcium deficiency. Calcium deficiency causes pain in bones and weak bones. But let us tell you that you can adopt home remedies to get relief from ankle pain. Ginger
With the help of ginger, get rid of pain immediately. Peel the ginger and chop it finely. After that put 2 cups of water in the pot and let it boil, and after boiling a little, add ginger pieces in it. When it boils well then filter it and consume it. Doing this will see the pain in your ankles.
Hot Cold Water
Keep the feet alternated 3 times in hot cold water. Five minutes in hot, three minutes in cold. Before doing this, wet your head and drink water.
Clove Oil
Cloves are found to have pain relieving ingredients. Massaging clove oil can relieve ankle pain. Massage of clove oil can benefit if there is any kind of pain in the feet.
Linseed Oil
Linseed oil contains alpha-linoleic acid which helps fight inflammation. Put a few drops of linseed oil in warm water and keep the feet immersed in it for some time.
Food
Use of potato, cucumber, luffa, sev, amla, tomato, raw papaya, bear flowers and cabbage, googles in food is very beneficial. Eating them provides calcium, due to which we can get rid of pain.
Mustard Seeds
Mustard seeds can relieve ankle pain. Grind mustard seeds in half a small bowl. Mix them in a bucket of hot water. Put your feet in this water for 12 to 16 minutes, by doing this you can get relief in the pain of the ankles.
Rock Salt
Rock salt contains magnesium sulfate. Most magnesium is stored in bones. If you are suffering from heel pain due to heel spur, then add rock salt in lukewarm water and keep the feet immersed in it for some time.
Turmeric
Heat a glass of milk and add one teaspoon of turmeric to it. You can also add honey to taste it. You can drink turmeric by adding it to tea. It also provides relief from pain in the heel.
