We always wonder how the ladies of villages are so fit and we are not. They don`t even have access to most the advancements of technology but still their stamina is way higher than ours.
Every woman is fit due to their daily activities they perform at home and in office. They start their day waking up before all of us and ends it after we all fall asleep. Her whole day work routine might get ignored as she stays at home, but that need to be recognized at it requires lots of efforts and patience to handle every day stuff. Here are some fitness trends that have changed from the women in 90`s to today`s women.
To Reduce Belly Fat
Earlier women used to do Jhadu and Pocha on their own which helped them in keeping their belly fat stay away. But now due to increased work load, they hire Bai and hence use fat cutter belts.
For Arm Exercises
To keep their arms fit, earlier women use to fetch water from well, but now as there is no such water issues, ladies have to take support or different arm exercising machines at gym.
To Increase Stamina
The ladies of 90`s loved to add extra amount of Desi Ghee which provided them to increase their stamina, but with passage of time, we have started hating desi ghee due to its smell, we have to take Protien supplements to maintain the level of proteins in our body.
For perfect Abs
In earlier days, women used to perform most of their work sitting on feet posture which helped them in keeping their abs fit, but now with increased work load, women don`t get much of time so go for crunches and other abs exercises to keep themselves fit.
Digestion
Earlier people didn`t had western toilets culture, which was a good thing too. Because sitting in Indian Toilets keep the arteries working properly and maintains the flow of excreta at 30degree angle. But in Western toilets we sit at 90 degree posture, which blocks the ways of excrete and creates problems.
