# Golden Temple
Golden Temple is the holiest and highly visited religious place in Punjab. This temple is also popularly called the Harmandir Sahib. It is visited by a million devotees every year. # Akal Takht
Akal Takht is another popular religious site in Amritsar city. It is one of the five Takhts (seats of authority) of Sikhs. This timeless Gurudwara is highly revered by Sikhs.
