# Charminar
Charminar is aa Urdu word which means four turrets, Charminar is the most prominent landmark of Hyderabad. Charminar is also famous with the name ‘Mosque of the four minarets’. It’s one of the most historical monuments in Hyderabad which shows beautiful architect of ancient days, the monument was build by Sultan Mohammed Quli Qutb Shah in the year 1951 with the help of an Iranian architect Mir Momin Astrawadi.
