1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 banana

1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
- Add the frozen berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract into a blender.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
