How to Make Chicken Keema Matar

- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

- Add the ginger-garlic paste and slit green chilies. Cook for 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

- Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates from the masala.

- Add the minced chicken to the pan. Mix well and cook until the chicken changes color and is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

- Stir in the green peas. Mix thoroughly, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes until the peas are tender and the chicken is cooked through.

- Add garam masala and salt to taste. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.

- Turn off the heat and stir in the lemon juice. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
