Ingredients

Method
- Begin by sautéing finely chopped mushrooms in a pan until they release their moisture and turn golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic and finely chopped onions until they are translucent. Add the sautéed mushrooms to this mixture and stir well.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled and mashed potatoes with the mushroom mixture. Season with salt and pepper. For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding herbs or grated cheese.
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into cylindrical or oval croquettes. Roll each croquette in bread crumbs for a crispy coating.
