Ingredients
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil for cooking
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, grated carrot, grated zucchini, chopped spinach, chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt to taste.
- Mix everything together and gradually add water to form a smooth and lump-free batter.
