Ingredients
1 cup chana dal (split Bengal gram)
1 cup jaggery, grated
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
A pinch of nutmeg powder
1 cup whole wheat flour
A pinch of salt

Method
- Cook the chana dal until it becomes soft and then drain any excess water.
- Mash the cooked dal and add grated jaggery, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder.

2 cups water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Method

- In another pan, bring water to a boil and add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands.
