Recipe - Try This Mouthwatering Grilled Chicken

Grilled chicken is a popular and versatile dish that can be made with various seasonings and marinades to suit different tastes. It's known for its smoky flavor and crispy texture, especially when cooked on an open grill. Grilled chicken is not only delicious but also a healthy option as it retains its natural flavors and can be paired with a variety of sides.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade, making sure they are evenly covered. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C). If you’re using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown and juicy.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. This helps the juices redistribute within the chicken, making it more tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve with your favorite sides like grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
