Ingredients

500 grams of beef or mutton pasinda (thinly sliced meat)
2 large onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste
1 cup of yogurt

Method

- Marinate the thinly sliced pasinda meat with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

- Heat ghee or clarified butter in a pan and add the whole spices: cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and bay leaves. Saute until aromatic.
