Mini Idli Chaat

Ingredients

12 idli
1 medium finely chopped onion
1/2 cup sev
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 teaspoon chaat masala powder
4 tablespoon refined oil
2 medium boiled,peeled,chopped potato
1 medium finely chopped tomato
3 pinches salt
1 handful chopped coriander leaves
1 cup yoghurt (curd)

For The Garnishing


1/2 cup sev
1 handful chopped coriander leaves

How to make Mini Idli Chaat

Step 1
Heat little oil in a pan over medium flame.

Step 2
Add the idlis and stir-fry for 30 to 60 seconds.

Step 3
Remove and keep aside.

Step 4
Add a little oil to the pan. Add the potatoes to the pan and fry till crisp.

Step 5
Add the onions, potatoes, idlis, salt, tomatoes, chaat masala powder and curd in a large bowl. Mix well.

Step 6
Transfer to a serving bowl.

Step 7
Garnish with coriander leaves and sev.

Step 8
Serve at once.
