# Strawberry Banana Chia Seed Smoothie
Creamy, sweet, delicious, and simple. This Strawberry Banana Chia Seed Smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack in less than 5 minutes! They’re are so great for you! Incorporating chia seeds not only adds a fun texture to the smoothie, but it also adds protein and healthy fats. I’m loading up on these beauties in this smoothie!
Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 cup milk of choice
2 Tbsp chia seeds
Method
- Blend everything together and enjoy!
# Mango Smoothie
One of my favorite taste sensations is biting into a soft, sweet, juicy mango. But sometimes, those mango fibers can ruin the experience.
Ingredients
4 Mango (peeled, seeded and roughly chopped)
2 cups (470 ml) Coconut milk (almond milk / yogurt / milk)
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Protein powder
2 cups Ice
1 tablespoon Honey
Method
- Place all ingredients except honey/agave in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste for sweetness - if needed add the honeyor agave syrup
- Pour into individual serving glasses.
- Enjoy!
# Blueberry Chia Smoothie
They say you are what you eat. So, you’ll want to devour this delicious blueberry smoothie every day because it’s all good and healthy!
And it’s effortless to make too.You’ll need your choice of milk, plus blueberries, cinnamon, yogurt, bananas, and chia seeds.
Ingredients
½ cup milk
½ cup Greek yogurt or any probiotic yogurt
1 cup blueberries , frozen
1 banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon
Sweetener (optional): honey, or maple syrup
Method
- Add all ingredients in the blender. Note: add wet ingredients first for easier blending.
- Mix everything at high speed until you get a smooth silky texture.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid – milk or water. Blend again until everything is well combined.
- Taste the smoothie and add additional sweetener if the smoothie is not sweet enough to your taste.
- Transfer the smoothie into a smoothie glass.
- Add toppings if desired. Be creative.
- Serve and enjoy!
