Ramadan 2018- Chicken Cigars

Chicken Cigars made with filo pastry(roll pati) ,chicken, cheese.
Ingredients
Chicken mince 250 gm
cheddar cheese 100 gm
onion 1/2 cup chopped
green chilies 3-4 (3 tbsp chopped)
garlic paste 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp or as required
gram masala powder 1/2 tsp
filo pastry 375 gm or samosa pati
oil for frying
Method
* Take 1 onion. add in chopper.
* Chop it very fine. Take it out and with the help of your hands squeeze it,throw all extra water.
* Now add all above list 1 ingredients and these onion in a chopper, chop them fine.
* mixture is ready for filling.
* Take filo pastry sheets. cut this in half, Take a sheet, keep 1 tsp mixture inside roll it.
* take 2 tbsp plain flour add some water in it, make a thick batter….this will ac as glue while making cigars…seal cigars nicely with the help of this batter so oil can not go inside.
* fry them.
