Recipe- Creamy And Delicious Mango Ice Cream

We love ice cream! Who doesn’t? We know that ice cream can be filled with added sugar and tons of fat to make it creamy and delicious, but what if you could enjoy the same texture and taste with healthy ingredients? That’s why we love making nice cream! We use frozen bananas and other frozen fruits to get a rich and creamy texture, sweetness and the flavors we all love and enjoy.

Ingredients

2 cup mango cubes, frozen
2 medium banana

Method

- Freeze 2 bananas.

- In a high speed blender combine the mango and banana.

- Using a tamper put the blender on the highest speed setting. Mash the mixture until fully mixed and forms into “nice cream”.

- Scoop up and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
