Recipe- Delicious And Refreshing Peach Raspberry Smoothie

This Peach & Raspberry Vegan Smoothie is so delicious and refreshing! It's healthy, satiating, and takes about 10 minutes to make! It's perfect for a meal or snack! Either getting the little ones ready for school, or trying to get out the door early to beat the morning traffic, it's tempting to grab something unhealthy on the way out, or just skip breakfast altogether.
To avoid this situation, I usually plan out my recipes for the week over the weekend so I exactly know what I am going to make/have on which day based on my work schedule and what's in my pantry.
Ingredients
1 cup chilled milk
1 peach
10-12 raspberries
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds optional
Method
- Add half of the chilled milk (dairy/non dairy) to the blender.
- Then add the chopped peaches. Add half the protein powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a serving glass and keep aside.
- Add the remaining milk, fresh/frozen raspberries, the remaining protein powder and chopped banana. Blend everything together. Pour this into the same serving glass as before.
- Drink immediately.
