Masala Pav is a popular street food in India, especially in the city of Mumbai. It is made with a buttered and toasted pav bun that is stuffed with a spicy masala filling. The filling typically consists of onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and a blend of Indian spices like garam masala, coriander, cumin, and turmeric. Some variations may also include mashed potatoes, grated cheese, or paneer (cottage cheese). Masala Pav is usually served with a side of lemon wedges, and sometimes with a dollop of butter or chutney on top. It is a flavorful and filling snack that is enjoyed by people of all ages in India.

6 pav buns
2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
2 medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons oil
