Recipe- Mouthwatering Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

This strawberry frozen yogurt recipe is beyond easy. It takes just three ingredients and 30 seconds! It’s healthy, delicious, fruity and the perfect quick dessert for hot days. Time to whip up a batch!Would you believe me if I told you there was just 3 ingredients in this recipe? Yep. It’s just a simple combination of frozen strawberries, yogurt and maple syrup (or honey). That’s it!

Ingredients

1 cup yogurt, dairy or dairy-free
1 lb frozen strawberries
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Method

* Add the yogurt, honey and strawberries to your Vitamix blender (in that order).

* Turn the blender on high and use the tamper to push the frozen strawberries into the blades. In 30 seconds you'll have frozen yogurt.

* Scoop out the frozen yogurt and serve immediately or transfer to a storage container and freeze.
