Recipe- Must Try Arbi Paneer Tikki

Arbi is also known as “Taro Root”. It has many healing properties that are useful to get rid of many diseases. So why not to make something delicious recipe with Arbi.

Ingredients

150 gm Arbi Boiled
250 gm Paneer
2 Tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
1/4 Cup All Purpose flour/ Maida
3/4 Cup Water As Required
Black Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs
Oil for Deep Frying

Method
* In a large ball add mashed arbi, grated paneer, salt, black pepper and coriander leaves.

* Mix well to form a smooth dough.

* In another bowl add flour and water and mix well to make a smooth paste.

* Now divide the mixture into equal portion and make round shape tikki.

* Now dip the tikki in flour mixture and than cover it with bread crumbs.

* Deep fry the tikki in hot oil until golden brown.

* Take out the tikki in absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

* Now in a serving dish place the tikki and garnish it with cherry tomatoes sauce.
