Ingredients
500 grams boneless chicken, minced

1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
Bread crumbs for coating
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, and salt. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Take a small portion of the chicken mixture and shape it into a flat, round cutlet. Repeat the process to make more cutlets.
- Dip each cutlet into the beaten egg mixture, ensuring it is coated on all sides.
- Roll the cutlets in bread crumbs, pressing gently to ensure the crumbs adhere well.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Carefully place the coated cutlets in the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. This may take approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
- Once the cutlets are cooked and crispy, remove them from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
