Roasted Broccoli-Artichoke Dip is a delicious appetizer or snack that combines the flavors of roasted broccoli and artichokes with creamy, cheesy goodness. It's a healthier twist on traditional dips that are often loaded with calories and unhealthy ingredients.
To make roasted broccoli-artichoke dip, broccoli florets and artichoke hearts are roasted in the oven until they are tender and slightly browned. The vegetables are then blended with a mixture of cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, and spices, creating a smooth and flavorful dip. The dip can be served hot or cold with crackers, pita chips, or raw veggies.
This dip is not only delicious but also nutritious. Broccoli is a nutrient-dense vegetable that is high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals, while artichokes are a good source of antioxidants and fiber. Greek yogurt and cream cheese provide a creamy texture and a dose of protein, while Parmesan cheese adds a savory flavor without adding too many calories.
