Method

- In a bowl, combine the thick yogurt, mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, achari masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.

- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let the paneer marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

- Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, remember to soak them in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.

- Grill the paneer skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are lightly charred and the paneer is heated through. Alternatively, you can bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 15 minutes.

- Once cooked, remove the paneer tikka skewers from the grill or oven. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the tikka for an extra tangy kick.

- Garnish the Achari Paneer Tikka with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedges on the side.

- Enjoy the smoky flavored Achari Paneer Tikka as a standalone appetizer or as a filling for wraps or rolls.

Note: You can adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the amount of red chili powder and achari masala according to your preference.
