Summer Recipe- Eggless Chocolate Custard Pudding For Kids

This taste so yummy. It was little dense but still creamy and tasty.. A luscious chocolate creamy filling which is then topped with a thick layer of cream. Really yummy. Hope you will try this out and let me know how it turns out for you.

Ingredients

Milk – 1 cup + 1/4 cup
Custard Powder – 2 tblspn
Cocoa Powder – 2 tblspn
Dark Chocolate – 1 cup chopped
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Heavy Cream – 1 cup
Confectioners Sugar – 1 tblspn
Chocolate Chips

Method

* Take custard powder, cocoa powder in a bowl and add in 1/4 cup of milk and mix well. Set aside.

* Take milk and sugar in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Now add in the custard powder mix and whisk well. Whisk till creamy and thick. Remove it from heat and set aside to cool a bit.

* Now whip up some cream with confectioners sugar till thick. Add half of the cream in the cooled custard mix and fold gently.

* Spoon this into individual bowl and Top with the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle with the chocolate chips.

* Put this in fridge overnight.

* Slice and serve.
