Try Medu Vada For Diwali Snacks

Ingredients

Urad dal - 200 grams.
Onion - 1 cup.
Cumin seed - 1 teaspoons.
Pepper powder(for taste) - 1 teaspoons.
Corainder leaves - 1 bunch.
Hing - 0.
Salt - AS PER TASTE 0.
Oil - to fry 0.


Method

# Soak Urad dal for 6 hour or over night.

# Blend it into a course paste.

# Take a Frying pan add oil to it let it heat.

# Take a bowl add blended urad dal,add onion,cumin seeds,pepper,corainder leaves,hing,salt as per taste mix all these ingredients well.

# Make a donut and deep fry in the oil it turns to golden colour.
