Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method


- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them together with a fork.

- Season the eggs with salt and pepper.

- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

- Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.

- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let them cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to set.

3 eggs
