10 Tips How You Can Stop Your Break-Up

Keeping your relationship healthy and happy with your partner is a very important thing. It is ok to have small fights and misunderstanding between couples, but if issues are not properly addressed and solved, it could lead to serious conflict and, worse, break up. The success of any relationship depends on the two individuals involved. Below are some ways and tips on how to prevent a break up in your relationship with special someone.
# Support your partner
Support your partner by giving them the time, attention or things that they need. You’ll know his/her needs if you’ll pay attention and find some clues. If you are not sure what your partner wants, you can ask them right away.
# Communicate
It is essential to communicate. If you think that your communication with your partner and expression of your feelings mostly leads to an argument, then try to write down your emotions. Read what you’ve written. Check the validity and eliminate those petty problems. Review if you have proofs and sources and know the reason behind that feeling.
# Don’t ever try to solve the issue when you are mad
Breath in, breath out. Cooldown first. Problems can’t be solved when both of you are fighting or angry with each other. Trying to solve your problem while in angry mode will just lead to a solution that both of you might regret afterward.
# Try not to insult your partner during arguments
A bad fight can eventually become a habit and would cause someone to utter some words that can hurt a partner’s feelings…words that he/she can’t forget or forgive.

When problems arise, try to approach your partner calmly and avoid being defensive. Avoid argument by telling him/ her the issue and try not to be accusing. If you think writing a letter is more comfortable for you, then try it. Let him/her read it and give that person time to understand what you are trying to say. It is also the best time to say that you want to make your relationship work. And give some advice or suggestion, for both of you, on how to make it better. Just make sure that you know the main problem.
# Always discuss the decisions with your partner
It is important to follow a decision that can make you both happy. Your partner’s happiness is also your happiness, right? Always consider your partner, too, so try to discuss things with them when trying to find a solution.
# Make an effort on reminding your partner that you love him/her
Couples should practice this often, not just once. A small compliment about how you like their looks can make someone blush and feel appreciated. Don’t forget to remind them always that they are loved.
# Don’t forget yourself
You also deserve to be happy. But if you think your needs are not being met, think of the best way to inform your partner. Because if you are sad or unsatisfied, there’s a possibility that you’ll blame your partner. So better let them know what you need and express it nicely.
# Reserve some time for only both of you
Spend some quality time with your partner. Plan a date or meet every week or once a month, depending on what works best for both of you. This can refresh your relationship and will keep the fire burning.
# Do not lie
It’s human nature to lie occasionally, but it is not an excuse to lie to your loved one. Always remember that every time you lie, the trust also decreases. Trust is essential to a healthy relationship. It’s better, to tell the truth, and face the consequences than being caught lying.
