Bollywood is the place were many heroines come and go. But some stay and mark there presence. For several A-list actresses in Bollywood, marriage brought about an end to their film careers. No matter how successful they became, these actresses chose to settle down for good with their partners after tying the knot. Take a look at B-town actresses who quit films after marriage.
# Bhagyashree
The Maine Pyaar Kiya actress became popular after her debut performance opposite Salman Khan. But soon the cute actress got married and quit acting.
# Gayatri Oberoi
This graceful actress became popular for her role opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the film Swades. Gayatri Oberoi stopped doing films after her marriage to businessman Vikas Oberoi in the year 2005.
# Twinkle Khanna
Twinkle Khanna could not make a big name for herself in Bollywood. She was last seen in Love ke Liye Saala Kuch Bhi Karega, after which she tied the knot with Akshay Kumar. We have not seen the actress on the big screen since then.
# Sonali Bendre
Known as the Humma Humma girl, Sonali Bendre got married to director Goldie Behl in 2002. Although the actress is often seen on TV, we haven't seen her acting in films post marriage. But we did hear that Sonali will be doing a small role in the upcoming film, Once Upon a time in Mumbaai Again.
# Asin
Asin Thottumkal known mononymously as Asin, is a former Indian actress and trained Bharathanatyam dancer. She has received three Filmfare Awards. She married Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma in January 2016, and quit acting after the wedding.
# Genelia D'Souza
Genelia D'Souza is an Indian film actress and model. She has appeared in South Indian cinema and Bollywood films. She got married to Ritesh Deshmukh on 3 February 2012, according to Marathi marriage traditions in a Hindu wedding ceremony and apperantly left Bollywood after that.
