We all long for those moments when everything aligns perfectly, when we feel like we're on top of the world and life couldn't be better. By learning to be present and live in the moment, you can experience this sense of fulfillment.
People often seek a general sense of happiness, spending their lives chasing an elusive and impossible goal. It's unrealistic to be happy all the time, as life is full of ups and downs. Many also dwell on the past, wondering what they could have done differently for a better life.
