Understanding GMVT- The updation of Google Maps

GMVT is the technology updation in the Google Maps. The updates are such that a person can virtually walk over the internet to look through the place. All you need to do is get on the one point and from there you can view whole of the area. Google Maps Virtual Tour is also known with the names of Street view, 360 View and See-insight. The GMVT can only be shown on Google Maps, Company’s website and its face book page. Google does not allow any kind of editing in the Google Maps Virtual Tour. Google has updated its maps to the extent that you can walk through the streets but it does not allow interferences of human faces in the map view. The main motto of GMVT is to provide the exact location and view of the premises.

Google Map Virtual Tour shooting is done using a particular kind of lens called Fish Eye Lens. The lens is kept stable at different points to capture 360 degree curve vies and then all shots are complied in one making it a complete 360 degree view of that particular place in one shot. Shooting for GMVT is quite a difficult task, as one need to locate different path to capture different points. Google Maps Virtual Tour uses satellite to update the exact location and its view on the maps. One thing that is quite different about GMVT is it uses Levels to show stairs view of the premises.
