Coronavirus Update- Full Curfew Imposed From 19th To 30th June In 4 Districts Of Chennai

Tamil Nadu is the second largest coronavirus state in India. The total number of victims in Tamil Nadu so far has increased to 44,661. The maximum number of people affected by coronavirus in Chennai is 31 thousand 896. Coronavirus is also on the rise in Chengalpattu, Tiruvallur and Kanchipuram districts.
Tamil Nadu Cabinet meeting was held today to discuss the increasing corona impact in Tamil Nadu. Following the consultation, a panel of medical experts said that the coronavirus had suggested a tightening of the loops to control the spread.
The Government of Tamil Nadu has announced that the curfew will be enforced in the four districts of Chennai, Chengalpattu, Tiruvallur and Kanchipuram from 19th to 30th.
Hospitals, medical examination centers and ambulance services are running as usual. Grocery stores, vegetable stores and petrol stocks are reported to be running until 2pm.
